A free, open, and secure digital world

GC3B 2025 Program

The GC3B 2025 program will take place under the overarching theme of strengthening global cyber resilience and is structured around three core pillars: Rethink, Evolve, and Anticipate.

Building on an inclusive Open Call, the agenda and schedule were shaped by proposals submitted by a diverse range of stakeholders from around the world. This Open Call invited organizations to lead interactive workshops, curate expert panels and foster dialogue aimed at generating forward-thinking, actionable solutions in cybersecurity capacity building.

Three pillars of the GC3B 2025

How to integrate cybersecurity with international cooperation to ensure protection of digital investments and to support sustainable development?

How should cyber capacity building approaches and tools evolve to be more demand-driven, improve effectiveness, promote inclusivity, and reinforce locally sustained change?

How can emerging technologies impact cyber resilience, and how can related capacity needs, skills’ demands, and security risks be anticipated and addressed through cyber capacity building?
