Ms. Kristine Leilani Salle

Kristine Leilani Salle is the Deputy Permanent Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva, Switzerland. A career diplomat, she has been with the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for 26 years and served in the following offices: Office of Migrant Workers’ Affairs, Office of the Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and International Economic Relations, Office of European Affairs, and Office of Asian and Pacific Affairs. In the foreign service, Ms. Salle was assigned to the Philippine Embassies in Rome and London. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Diplomacy and Security Studies from the University of Stirling, United Kingdom; Post-Graduate Diploma in Globalisation and Development from the International Institute of Social Studies, the Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from De La Salle University, Philippines.
