Global Lead, Digital Safeguards

Ms. Anat Lewin

Anat Lewin is the World Bank’s Global Lead for Cybersecurity.

She leads a team of experts offering policy advice, analytical research and investment financing in cybersecurity. Anat advises governments in developing countries on establishing good practice policies, strategies, institutional and governance frameworks, technical and operational capabilities and digital skills programs. She works on activities that assist governments to implement reforms backed by World Bank financing. 

Anat holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto, Trinity College, in Canada. She studied International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Advanced Arabic at the University of Jordan in Amman.
