Mrs. Vanessa Copetti Cravo

Vanessa Copetti Cravo is a Telecommunication Regulation Expert working for the Brazilian National Telecommunication Agency (Anatel) since 2005, with a legal background (J.D. and LL.M.). She also holds a Ph.D. at the International Strategic Studies of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with a research focus on cybersecurity.
She is a member of the Anatel Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Technical Group (GT-Ciber) and a Brazilian delegate to several International Telecommunication Union (ITU) meetings and conferences (including six ITU past Conferences), as well as to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development meetings and Forums, following cybersecurity related-issues.
She has served twice as Chair of the Correspondence Group created to improve the Global Cybersecurity Index questionnaire and serves as Co-Rapporteur of the Cybersecurity Question of the Study Group 2 of the Development Sector of ITU.
