Mrs. Abeer As’ad

Abeer As’ad is a Security Governance and Digitalization Director at Orange Jordan, with over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and digital security. She holds prestigious certifications in finance, digital currency, cryptocurrency, and RegTech, as well as CISSP, CISM, BCCM, DevSecOps, and DataSecOps. Her mission is to fortify organizations to effectively navigate global threats by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to strengthen security solutions.
She is in charge of security governance, business continuity, crisis management, and security management in the IT, business, and digital transformation sectors. She successfully orchestrated a security transformation program that increased security maturity and compliance by 20%. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she also ensured the safety of Orange Jordan’s employees and the smooth operation of the company. Aside from corporate responsibilities, she is also an advocate for UNODC cybercrime initiatives and cybersecurity education. Her hard work has earned her the title of top cybersecurity expert finalist among Middle Eastern women in 2022.
