Mr. Tarique Mosaddique Barkatullah

The Government of Bangladesh established the BGD eGov CIRT (NCERT) in 2016 after the Bangladesh Bank heist under Bangladesh Computer Council. I worked for the establishment and headed the BGD eGov CIRT from the inception till 6 Feb 2023.
As a senior technical professional working in the ICT Division, I also worked with the legislative team to draft the laws, rules, policy, strategy, guidelines etc.
