Mr. Osama Manzar

Osama Manzar is Senior Ashoka Fellow, a British Chevening Scholar and an IVLP Fellow who founded Digital Empowerment Foundation in 2002 resulting in digitally empowering more than 30 million marginalised and unconnected people. He has a credit of traveling more than 10,000 villages in India and has been influential in several digital policies in India and of global significance.
