Mr. Luis Cadenas

Computer Engineer with postgraduate studies in economy, telematic, networking and computer sciences and more than 18 years of experience in the Information Technologies and Telecommunication sector and also with public and education sector. In the public sector, he has also worked as a leader of national and international organizations to develop challenging and successful public projects. He is also a Cofounder, President and member of the board of the National Research Network in Venezuela (Reacciun, 1996-2000). President of the Latin American Research Network Association (Enredo 1998-1999). Member of the board of The National Supercomputer Center of Venezuela (Cecalcula, 1997-1999). Member of the Board of the Technological Park of Sartenejas (1997-1999).
