Mr. Jean-Louis Perrier

Jean-Louis holds a MSc in Computer Science, and a MBA from HEC Paris. He has a large experience of ICT, Security, Fraud, and Risk in the financial, telecom and fintech sectors.

Building on lessons learned as cofounder of Suricate Solutions, dedicated to Cyber Security in Africa, Jean-Louis is now ACRC Program Director.

ACRC is a unique not for profit public private partnership consortium dedicated to improving the cyber resilience of over 4.000 financial institutions in Africa (banks, microfinance institutions, insurance and microinsurance, Fintechs, Digital Financial Services Providers and central banks) and protect their 300 M customers against cyber threats.

ACRC’s key focusses are Threat Information and Best Practices sharing, Capacity Building, R&D and Innovation, Strategic and Regulatory Advisory for central banks, Cybersecurity Incident response, Security Supervision, Gender Gap bridging. ACRC is funded by the African Digital Financial Inclusion Facility (ADFI), a trust fund managed by the African Development Bank.
