Mr. Gulakhmadov Aminjon

Dr. Aminjon Gulahmadov received his Ph.D. Degree from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ukraine, in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, including hydropower, renewable energy, and water resources. Dr. Aminjon has experience in developing strategies and programs in the field of energy, water resources and climate change, acquired while working at the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan. Gives lectures at the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, at the Branch of the National Research University “Moscow Power Institute” in Tajikistan; and at the Central Asia Ecology and Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He works on policy in the energy and water sectors. Along with that, he has established excellent collaborations with scientists from many countries.
