Ms. Ciglic focuses on driving strategic change, both within Microsoft and externally, to advance cybersecurity and resiliency. She leverages her experience to address complex global challenges related to critical infrastructure protection across a wide range of topics, including strategic and operational risk management, information sharing, incident response and software security and integrity.

Before joining Microsoft, Ms. Ciglic led the APCO Worldwide’s technology practice in Seattle; directing public affairs and communication work for consultancy’s clients in this space. Previous to that Ms. Ciglic, worked as a director in APCO Worldwide’s Brussels office, focusing on pan-European campaigns, addressing her clients’ regulatory and antitrust challenges. Ms. Ciglic holds a Bachelor of Science in international relations and history, and a Master of Arts in European politics, both from the London School of Economics.
