Rob Rashotte is Vice President of Global Training and Education at Fortinet, where he leads the company’s global cybersecurity education strategy. He oversees the Fortinet Training Institute, which delivers role-based training and certifications to customers, partners, and employees in more than 150 countries, helping to reduce the global cybersecurity skills gap. Rob has over 20 years of experience developing workforce strategies for multinational organizations and advising on cybersecurity education and capacity building.
He contributes to global policy efforts through collaborations with the World Economic Forum, the White House Office of the National Cyber Director, and other international bodies. He is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of cyber workforce development and governance. Rob holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, where his research focuses on the characteristics of cyber-resilient boards of directors and executive teams.
