Ms. Lolita Lomanta

Lolita Lomanta is a Senior Assistant Provincial Prosecutor in the Philippines.
She obtained her Degrees in Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Juris Doctor from Southwestern University in Cebu City.
She was appointed to the Prosecution Service in 2004 and became a Family Court Prosecutor in 2005. Her years on working on cases involving women and children has earned her the distinction of having successfully secured a conviction in the FIRST documented Cyber Pornography case in Cebu.
A Law Professor in Southwestern University School of Law, she was
sent by the United States Department of State to the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in Roswell, New Mexico, USA, to train in the Cybercrime Policy Forum
and Academic Criminal Justice course in 2014.
She is a member of the Pool of Trainers of the Philippine Department of Justice- Office of the Cybercrime.
