Ms. Lauren Conroy works in IBM’s Federal consulting practice, where she is the Cyber Capacity Building Lead for international civilian cybersecurity capacity building programs. Ms. Conroy leads efforts on organizational and national workforce development and training across a range of cybersecurity themes.
Ms. Conroy previously served as a Cyber and Emergent Issues Specialist at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and prior to that she served as the deputy project lead for the MITRE Corporation’s cyber capacity building programs across Asia. She holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
