Mr. Divine Selase Agbeti

Mr. Agbeti’s career in cybersecurity and risk management is marked by significant roles across global institutions. He served as a Cybersecurity Consultant at British Petroleum (bp), a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Manager at Cognizant in London, and a Cybersecurity Assurance Consultant at the Bank of England. His expertise includes managing ISO 27001 certification processes, conducting security audits, implementing Cyber Essentials Plus certification, third-party risk assurance, vulnerability management, and developing and implementing cyber security roadmaps. In Ghana, he was the Head of Advisory and Cyber Security Lead at the Africa Center for Digital Transformation (ACDT), where he played a pivotal role in shaping cybersecurity policies and advancing digital transformation efforts. His influence extended to significant work on the TechForward Policy Fellowship. In March 2025, Mr. Agbeti was appointed as the Acting Director-General of Ghana’s Cyber Security Authority (CSA), succeeding Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako.
