Jobenz Manoa

Jobenz Manoa is the Founder and Managing Director of WebSafe Samoa, a cybersecurity and ICT solutions provider supporting businesses, organizations, and government agencies in strengthening digital security and capabilities. He also serves as President of the Samoa IT Association. With over 15 years of experience in the ICT sector, Mr. Manoa previously served as Principal ICT Officer at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour for eight years before moving into the private sector. He holds a Master’s in Cyber Security from the University of Waikato in New Zealand and specializes in cybersecurity, networking, and systems troubleshooting. He is passionate about simplifying cybersecurity and advancing digital safety across the Pacific. Mr. Manoa has led national and regional initiatives, including the 2024 Baseline Study on Samoa’s National Data Governance Framework and the ITU Smart Islands Project (2022–2024). In 2024 WebSafe became the first Pacific private IT firm to join GFCE.
