Career diplomat focussed on national security issues, including cybersecurity. Last four years focussed on cyber capacity building programmes and policy, including working on the EU’s Cyber for Development Programme. Currently leading the UK’s new incident response and cybercrime programmes, working closely with international partners, industry, multilateral institutions and non-profit organisations.
