Elizabeth Villarroel

Elizabeth Villarroel is a leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and governance, having worked across a wide array of geopolitical landscapes such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Myanmar, Serbia, Sudan, South Sudan, Colombia, Malaysia, Moldova, and Ukraine. At Deloitte, she advances digital transformation, GenAI and cybersecurity in the federal, commercial, and emerging markets spaces. She recently completed an advanced cybersecurity course at the National Defense University, enhancing her strategic capabilities and cyber knowledge. Her multilingual skills and adaptive management style enable her to leverage and safeguard digital tools and emerging technologies for improved project execution. Her expertise is enhanced by certifications such as PMP, SAFe6, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, along with specialized training in AI, GDPR and Blockchain. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski, and BAs in International Affairs, Russian, and Spanish from James Madison University.
