Dr. Tadas Jakstas
Dr. Tadas Jakštas is a senior cybersecurity capacity building expert with a wealth of experience in managing international security and defence projects within various NATO and EU organisations.
Currently, Dr. Jakstas works at NRD Cyber Security where he is leading a team of experts in the area of multinational cyber security capacity building projects, including Oxford CMM assessments, CSIRT and SOC establishment, crisis management, national cyber security strategy development, the improvement of cybersecurity legislative frameworks, the identification and governance of critical information infrastructure.
The expert is also a trainer of SECO Institute – Crisis Management Foundation course. Tadas Jakštas was responsible for leading the Maturity assessment project: extended framework beyond CSIRTs Network in cooperation with ENISA and has implemented various cyber security capacity building projects in Qatar, Serbia, Ecuador, Rwanda, Kosovo, Uganda, Lithuania and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
