Dr. Papa Gueye

Mr. Papa Gueye is a Police Commissioner, Doctor in Private Law and Criminal Sciences. He is particularly interested in issues related to ICT law, cybersecurity and the fight against cybercrime, particularly digital investigation techniques, research, innovation and strategic .
In the field of the fight against cybercrime, Doctor Papa Gueye is founder of the Special Brigade for the Fight against Cybercrime and the Special Cybersecurity Division, specialized units which he directed. Former head of the Research and Interpellation Group, of the Economic and Financial Brigade and of the Technical and Scientific Police Division.
Doctor Papa GUEYE, certified expert trainer. He is currently the Director General of the National Cybersecurity School with a Regional Vocation created by His Excellency Mr. Macky SALL, President of the Republic in partnership with France.
