This session will focus on leading examples in which scaling up cybersecurity was chosen from among competing priorities, financing instruments and budget were put in place and programs were designer to go build on the foundations. The selected financing mechanism will be presented as part of the discussion and aspirational instruments for the potential future evolution of inestments will be explored.
