The deadline for submitting a Session Proposal for the GC3B Open Call is extended until January 24th, 2025. This offers organizations from all regions across the globe one more week to submit a proposal for organizing an interactive workshop, focused on sharing insights, addressing pressing challenges, and fostering collaboration. Selected applicants will lead the workshop, taking responsibility for curating content, engaging expert speakers, and driving discussions toward actionable solutions. Proposals that demonstrate innovative thinking, inclusivity, and alignment with the conference’s goals will be prioritized.

• Notification of Selection: February 17, 2025 

• Onboarding for Session Leads: March 1-15, 2025
