GC3B 2025 Announces Open Call for Session Proposals: A Unique Opportunity to Shape the Future of Cyber Capacity Building
The second edition of the Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B) is set to take place on May 14-15, 2025, in Geneva, Switzerland. Hosted by the Government of Switzerland with the support of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), the conference will bring together global leaders, experts, and practitioners to strengthen digital foundations worldwide and drive progress aligned with the Accra Call for Action.
Why submit a proposal?
This Open Call offers organizations from all regions across the globe the exceptional opportunity to shape the future of global cyber resilience. Selected applicants will lead interactive workshops, taking responsibility for curating content, engaging expert speakers, and driving discussions toward actionable solutions.
Workshops will focus on sharing insights, addressing pressing challenges, and fostering collaboration. Proposals that demonstrate innovative thinking, inclusivity, and alignment with the conference’s goals will be prioritized.
Conference Pillars
The GC3B Secretariat invites organizations to submit proposals under one of the conference’s program pillars:
- Rethink – Cyber in and for Sustainable Development – This pillar rethinks current approaches to integrating cybersecurity into (inter)national development plans by better leveraging stakeholders’ expertise, and resources to drive digital growth and global cooperation, accelerating sustainable cyber capacity building
- Evolve – Next Generation Cyber Capacity Building – This pillar builds on over a decade of progress by focusing on the next generation of cyber capacity building through the professionalization of best practices and tools.
- Anticipate – New Tech Frontiers for Cyber Capacity Building – This pillar explores how emerging technologies can strengthen cyber resilience while addressing new skills and security challenges.
