The GC3B program is out!
In the course of 2 days, the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra will host over +35 sessions in 6 rooms.

The GC3B program is based on four pillars that touch upon key themes for cyber resilient international development and #capacitybuilding.
- Making international development cyber resilient
- Collaborating to secure the digital ecosystem
- Cyber capacity building for stability and security
- Operationalizing solutions
There will also be special and regional sessions, focusing on a multi-stakeholder approach that emphasises regional and local perspectives.
The GC3B 2023 will gather key decision-makers and practitioners to elevate key cyber and development discussions, culminating in an action framework that will catalyze global action for cyber resilient development.
The GC3B is co-organized by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise, the Cyber Peace Institute, the World Bank, and the World Economic Forum, and it is hosted by the Ministry of Digitalisation and Communications of Ghana.
